Method 3: Make sure Windows Installer is running
1.Press Windows Key + R then type services.msc and hit enter.
2.Scroll down to Windows Installer and right-click then select Properties. 3.Make sure startup type is set to Automatic and click Start.

Method 4: Decrypt setup file
1.Right-click on the setup file and select Properties. 2.Now click Advanced under Attributes in the General tab.
3.Make sure to uncheck ‘Encrypt contents to secure data.’
4.Click Ok to close the Attributes dialog box. 5.Finally, click Apply followed by OK and then reboot your PC.
Method 5: Add user in the setup file
1.Again right-click on the setup file and select Properties. 2.Now switch to the Security tab and click Edit.
3.Under Group or user names click Add. 4.Make sure to type SYSTEM (in caps lock) and click Check Names.
5.Next, click OK and make sure to tick Full control once the user is added.
